It seems like I have all the ingredients for a Loaded Cobb Salad on hand lately, so I decided to finally write down a recipe for this great weight release dinner recipe along with my homemade ranch dressing that’s protein packed! Just like Stir Fry, this is an easily customizable recipe. You can sub in leftover turkey or ham and any veggies.

Directions
Makes: 8 servings
Step 1
Toss all ingredients in a large salad bowl.
Ingredients: 1 head Hearts of Romaine Lettuce, washed and torn in pieces
2 large Roma Tomato, diced
1 can Black Olives, cut in half
1 large Avocado, diced
5 slices Deli Ham, diced
2 large Carrot, peeled and sliced
1 large English Cucumber, peeled and diced
Green Onion, optional
Fresh Cilantro, optional
Top that with this homemade Ranch Dressing.
