I hadn’t made the asparagus, mango salad in my family friendly weight loss menu plan before that I planned to make tonight and I made some adjustments and it was absolute paradise! This is a new favorite weight loss salad recipe!! We used spinach as the base of the salad and used just as much asparagus as came with our Bountiful Basket. Here is the new improved and DELICIOUS recipe! Let me know if you try it and how you tweak it for your family’s tastes!
