Weight Loss Salad Recipe: Spinach Paradise Salad

I hadn’t made the asparagus, mango salad in my family friendly weight loss menu plan before that I planned to make tonight and I made some adjustments and it was absolute paradise!  This is a new favorite weight loss salad recipe!!  We used spinach as the base of the salad and used just as much asparagus as came with our Bountiful Basket.  Here is the new improved and DELICIOUS recipe!  Let me know if you try it and how you tweak it for your family’s tastes!

Spinach Paradise Salad

Spinach Paradise Salad (using the butter leaf lettuce of course :) )

Directions

Makes: 4 servings
Step 1
Select a large salad bowl. Tear the spinach in bite sized pieces and place in bowl. Add all other ingredients and toss.
Ingredients:
1 cup Slivered Almonds
1 12 Frozen Grilled Chicken, Fost Farms Frozen brand, thawed
12 Bacon, (optional) cut into 1/2 inch pieces, cooked until crisp and drained on a paper towel
14 cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
3 Mangos, diced
2 Avocados, sliced and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 pint Red Cherry Tomato, cut in half
Kosher Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
4 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar, Kirkland Signature brand
12 cup Blueberries, frozen and thawed or fresh
14 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
1 fresh pineapple, diced

    I’m assuming you meant 1- 1/2 chicken breasts. (The word “breasts” was omitted in recipe.) Correct?
