Weight Loss is so much more than eating right and exercising. Long term weight loss really begins with what’s going on in your head, your psychology. I don’t know about men, but I can certainly speak for the majority of women when I say that we are constantly evil to ourselves – letting our critical negative voice run wild in our head. So, how can we expect to achieve a weight loss goal if we say to ourselves, “I hate my body. This is hard. I can’t do this!” …crazy to think we’d have much success when we’re telling ourselves how bad we suck all day, right?!
