		<description>I try to prep all at once so its quick and easy to pull out later. Like cutting up cheese, veggies and fruit which only takes me maybe 45 minutes for the whole week (of course not all fruit works that way but the  ones I can I do this for). Then I less tempted to pull out something not so healthy for their snack when I am feeling too lazy to cut any up...no excuse because its already done!</description>

		<description>I start hem in the womb. I eat, as healthy as I can when they&#039;re developing in the womb. From there I continue to eat healty as they&#039;re breastfeeding. Then their first taste of solid foods are not fruits, but green veggies for a couple of weeks. THEY LOVE healthy food!!! They love sugar too, but we have no problems w/ getting them to eat veggies.</description>
