Loved this recipe. I sat down and figured out how to reduce everything by 1/8 to make a single loaf in my bread machine. I managed to find everything in my cupboards and the grocery store except the dough enhancer and I used all purpose flour instead of hard white wheat flour. I am making my second loaf now and am trying it out with whole wheat flour and an added egg. Do you make your own dough enhancer or do you buy it???
Oh my gosh! That’s exactly what I want to do! reduce the recipe and bake it in the bread machine! how did you do it??
Can you please share your secret??
