For the Love of Health and Your Body

I wanted to share a couple things today that inspired me.

I really do believe in that statement.  Many of today’s causes of death can be attributed to poor lifestyle.  I personally would like to live a long healthy life and die peacefully in my sleep when it’s my time to go.  It’s so simple to eat healthier.  Join a food co-op, shop grocery store sales, just get more produce in your house and meal plan around it.

This photo and the corresponding article are one of the keys to success in releasing weight.  Learning how to shift your negative thoughts into positive is one of the pieces to my program and something I’m constantly talking about.  Our thoughts are SO much more powerful than our “willpower”.

And finally, I finished the landing page about the Love Your Body Group 8 Week VIP Program.  I love how the logo turned out and can’t wait to get this program started on February 20th!
