Here is another great healthy salad recipe that really is natures summertime treat to your palate! Add grilled or boiled and shredded chicken to make it a one-dish meal. To save time, make the Grilled Lemon Chicken the night before you have this salad and make extra chicken for the added protein to this meal.
Top green lettuce with avocado, cucumber, blueberries, pear, strawberry. I used the Newmans Own Honey Mustard dressing, but you could also use the poppyseed dressing. Walnuts, slivered almonds, feta cheese or diced apple would also go well with this.








Sounds great. I could use Poppyseed dressing on ANYTHING! It’s my favorite of all time!
