Yummy! My husband and I love shrimp but I rarely cook it because I can never find an easy, yummy way to cook it. I found this recipe and was so excited to try it. I did it the same night I made fish for my kids, as they don’t like shrimp, but they loved the fish we made! I will make this recipe again and again!

Directions
Makes: 6 servings
Step 1
Toss together and spread into a single layer on a cookie sheet.
Ingredients: 2 pounds Broccoli, cut into florets
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
Step 2
Cook Broccoli for 10 minutes at 425.
Step 3
Toss all together. After the broccoli has cooked for 10 minutes, add the shrimp after stirring the broccoli around.
Ingredients: 1 pound Large Shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 large Lemon Juice
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1⁄2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1⁄2 teaspoon Salt
Step 4
Roast another 10 minutes, tossing once halfway through until the broccoli is tender. Enjoy!
