It's been a few months since I participated in Bountiful Baskets Food Co-op, but I contributed this week and picked up my basket this morning. They did NOT disappoint!! This week was absolutely fabulous and filled with many of our favorites!
We brought home two English cucumbers, two bags of carrots, four ears of corn, broccoli, Butter Leaf Lettuce (my FAV!), five huge black plums, strawberries, raspberries, cantaloupe, and green grapes. I also got the plum add-on. After a week of eating stuff I don't normally eat in the mountains, I'm excited for this menu plan!
